pgb-Europe: ready for the future

Manufacturer and wholesaler pgb-Europe has been ready to supply quality fasteners and hand tools for the professional and industry for more than 60 years through professional hardware retailers, building materials stores and retailers. The company was founded in 1956 as a one-man business under the name Pennoit-Grootaert. Under the leadership of Marc and Luc Pennoit, the company has grown into a leading company.

Quality and service

As one of the market leaders of fasteners in the Benelux, there is a constant focus on quality and service. Our range consists of more than 35,000 different types of products in stock: from bolts and nuts to professional wood screws, from European approved anchors to tools and drilling accessories. Our own production units in Poland (anchors) and Vietnam (wood screws) produce certified products of the highest quality according to European regulations.

pgb-Europe invests in digitality

The past two years have been a time of investment and growth for pgb-Europe. A new ERP system (SAP), a new WMS system (DYNAMAN), but also a new webshop and ScanApp. In order to increase our service even more, we have invested in a 5000m² robot-controlled pallet warehouse in Melle. Thanks to this investment there are 28,000 pallet spaces available. Our new warehouse with automated pallet handling and automated lift systems has been designed according to the latest guidelines for stock management, no human intervention is required. This is made possible by three automated guided vehicles (AGVs) of Dematic, fully autonomous robots that transport goods. pgb-Europe is on its way to a 'Smart Industry'.

Wide range of products

In-house pgb-Europe develops and produces anchors with European Technical Assessment Documents (ETAs). The complete package includes mechanical anchors (push-through anchors, impact anchors, concrete screws,...), chemical anchors and plastic plugs (construction plugs, universal plugs, impact plugs, insulation plugs). With our state-of-the art calculation software, calculation notes can be drawn up for anchors in concrete.

For the steel constructors pgb has a complete range of SB bolts, HR and HV assemblies, all CE marked. The SB bolts are available in galvanized steel or with a thermo-galvanized coating. The entire range is TÜV-audited and certified (0780-CPR-152097 and 0780-CPR-172114).

We also offer numerous solutions for timber construction. With our latest Hapax screws we have a new showpiece since last year. 2 patents and a number of important distinguishing features take this screw to the next level.

E-ordering system

Ordering via the internet is becoming more and more common. More than 35% of the orders are placed online. Our recently renewed e-shop makes ordering even easier and cheaper. Not only for us, but also for you as a customer.
